Jazakhallahukhairan Sumayyah! Yes, Alhammdulilah the pics are totally drawn with a mouse, until we get a digital tablet!!!! if you like to draw using a mouse use: Pinta or My paint, they are both excellent to start drawing as a beginner,just like us!
